Welcome to the Tustin Police Officers Association (TPOA) website. This website is designed to provide more effective communication for our membership and the community. I would first like to thank the TPOA Secretary, Susan Nunley, for making this website a reality. She has put a great deal of work into this and as you explore the site you will see her hard work has paid off. The men and women of the Tustin Police Department are proud to serve the City of Tustin. We are committed to providing the highest quality service to the community and surveys prove that we are doing just that. The Tustin Police Department truly is a four star agency. TPOA, working with the leaders of the department, will continue to improve the level of service provided to the City of Tustin. The Tustin Police Officers Association is proud to represent the Officers, Sergeants, and Lieutenants of the Tustin Police Department. TPOA’s purpose is to encourage professionalism by promoting the welfare and morale of its membership. Some of the services TPOA provides to its members are representation in labor matters, disciplinary matters and financial assistance. In our continuing effort to enhance the relationship with the community we serve, the TPOA participates in community events, makes donations and sponsors community organizations.
