| Honor Guard |
|
|
The TPD Honor Guard is a ceremonial unit that represents the police department at functions such as funerals, political events and other various ceremonies. The Honor Guard is also the ''Guardians of the Colors'' by displaying the National, State and City flag at said events.

| Project 999 |
|
|
Project 999 is a fund-raising bike ride that begins in Sacramento and ends in Orange County. The ride honors Orange County law enforcement officers that were killed in the line of duty and raises money for the families of slain officers as well as officers that are severely injured on duty.

| Baker to Vegas |
|
|
Baker to Vegas is a 120-mile relay race in which law enforcement employees participate in a non-stop relay race from Baker, Ca. to Las Vegas, Nv. The race is attended from law enforcement entities throughout the United States, Canada, England, Australia, and more.
