Baker to Vegas: The Challenge Cup Relay

Law enforcement agencies from all over the world gather to participate in this race.
The Tustin Police Department has made it a goal to represent the Tustin Community at this event every year.

What is the ''Baker to Vegas''?

Every year, police officers from around the nation gather to take part in this challenging event.

The Baker to Vegas is held by The Los Angeles Police Revolver and Athletic Club with the goal of promoting nationwide camaraderie among the law enforcement community.

The relay starts in Baker, California (gateway to Death Valley) and ends in Las Vegas, Nevada. The course is a 120-mile, 20 stage relay race extending through the California desert and challenging mountains.

The Tustin Police Department has made it a goal to represent the Tustin Community every year.

Our ability to take part in this event is funded by donations.

Participants pay for their own food, transportation, and lodging.

Race registration, logistics, and team uniforms are funded by donations.

Some of these donations come from the TPOA, the Tustin Police Support Services (TPSS), and Tustin’s community.
