Baker to Vegas is a challenging and fun relay race that promotes camaraderie within our police department, and creates important liaisons within the law enforcement community. Law enforcement agencies from all over the world gather to participate in this race. The relay starts in Baker, California (gateway to Death Valley) and ends in Las Vegas, Nevada. The course is a 120-mile, 20 stage relay race extending through the California desert and challenging mountains. Visit our Photo Gallery link and view pictures of this exciting event!
BAKER to VEGAS is funded through your
donations.
Each year Tustin Police personnel seek donations so that we can attend Baker to Vegas. Participants pay for their own food, transportation, and lodging, however race registration, logistics, and team uniforms are paid for through generous donations. Some of these donations come from the TPOA, the Tustin Police Support Services (TPSS), and Tustin’s community. Please help us participate in this event.
For more information on how to donate, contact Officer Bonnie Breeze at Bbreeze@tustinca.org, or leave a message on the TPOA voice mail (714) 573-3291. Make sure you inquire on having your company advertised on our support vehicle that follows our runners throughout the duration of this race.
