Long time Tustin Police Department supporter and volunteer Jack Schafer, passed away on July 20, 2011 after a long battle with cancer.
Jack was an instrumental asset to our organization and played a key role as the founder in implementing our Tustin Chamber of Commerce "Officer of the Month" program back in 1984 while he was the President of the Chamber. Throughout the two decades of involvement in the program, Jack continued to show his support by donating his personal Angel tickets to the awarded recipient. More...

| Red Cross Blood Drive Was a Success |

On behalf of Parks and Recreation and myself, we would like to extend our appreciation to everyone for helping to make this blood drive a huge success.
During the blood drive yesterday, a total of 46 units of blood were collected. This number greatly exceeded the target set by the Red Cross, and the staffing they provided. More...

| Tustin Police Officers Participate in 2011 Special Olympics Law Enforcement Torch Run. |

On Thursday June 2nd, 2011 members of the Tustin Police Officers Association and Tustin Police Department, participated in the annual Special Olympics Law Enforcement Torch Run as it traveled through Tustin.
Tustin representatives received the “Flame of Hope” torch from members of the Irvine Police Department and carried it over five miles, where they handed it off to members of the Santa Ana Police Department and F.B.I. More...
