Welcome to the Tustin Police Officer’s Association website! The TPOA was established in 1972 and currently has over 78 members including Officers, Sergeants, and Lieutenants. Our primary objectives are to assist members with legal representation, negotiate for the best possible benefits and competitive wages, and to promote an ethical and united work atmosphere.
